The bill featured a portrait of President Woodrow Wilson on the obverse and had a gold-colored treasury seal and serial numbers.
Although the $100,000 bill was never circulated among the general public, it was used for transactions between Federal Reserve Banks until the 1960s when it was officially discontinued.
