All transactions are in US dollars.

Since our products are custom printed just for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size and color.

However if there are any issues with the product, please message us with a picture of the item.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and include apartment or unit number if applicable.

  • The recipient’s first and last name
  • Street number and name (address line 1)
  • Apartment or unit and its number (address line 2)
  • City, state and zip code (include all of this on one line with a comma between city and state, but not zip code)
  • Country

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

For clarification, we will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product unless

  • the product was misprinted
  • the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
  • the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).

We have the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send A PHOTO OF YOUR ITEM and a brief explanation of the problem to PYGear via email at pygod@pygear.com within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For clarification, we will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product solely because:

  • it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
  • the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late
  • you ordered the Wrong Size, Color or Shipping Address.

In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.

Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it’s placed, so once an order is placed we can’t cancel or make changes.

Our average order takes 2–5 business days to process and ship. However, an item may take up to 10 days, excluding weekends and holidays to process and ship.

Once shipped, it may take up to 7 business days domestically and 30 business days internationally to receive your order.

Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address. 

In order that you receive each item as soon as possible. An order with multiple items can sometimes be shipped in separate shipments, even if they were ordered together.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For Printed Apparel (Shirts, T-Shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts…)

Optimal cares in a few bullet points:

  1. Wash inside out
  2. Cold machine wash
  3. Hang dry or tumble dry on low
  4. NEVER directly iron on a shirt’s decoration
  5. NEVER dry clean and avoid bleach.

Embroidered Hats

Embroidered hats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed.

If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold.

Now what you should never do:

  • DON’T use brushes to wash.
  • NEVER machine wash
  • NEVER bleach
  • NEVER tumble dry
  • NEVER iron
  • NEVER dry clean.

Mugs

All our mugs are Microwave and dishwasher safe. Unless otherwise specified.

PRINT METHOD

Direct-to-garment (DTG)

Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo-quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn’t affect pricing, and there aren’t any order minimums. We use Kornit printers for all DTG-printed garments. Kornit printers are widely considered the very best in the industry.

All inks used for printing are OEKO-TEXŸ certified and safe.

When properly cared for, DTG printed T-Shirts and Hoodies will remain as soft and bright as when first printed and unlike some other printing methods, our designs won’t crack or peel.

Furthermore, our on-demand printing method is the most environmentally neutral process available in the world.

EMBROIDERY

Our embroideries are created using state-of-the-art technology and the finest thread, ensuring that your apparel will look vibrant and sharp wash after wash. The colors will remain vibrant and the stitching will remain tight and intact, no matter how many times you wear and wash the item.

3-STEP QUALITY CHECK

There is a 3-step quality check before we ship your order

  • Our automated software checks graphics for quality before fulfillment and our AI tool evaluates if the image needs any adjustments before printing
  • Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders are being fulfilled
  • We run a final quality check after the blank product is customized

SAFELY PACKAGED PRODUCTS

Mailer bags

We use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging for all apparel orders shipped from our in-house facilities. PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles.

We use polymer mailers for DTG, all-over print, embroidered apparel, and most sublimated products in most of our partner facilities. Poly mailers are lightweight, moisture-resistant mailers made from polyethylene film.

We are working on reducing the use of plastic in the packaging process to save the environment and avoid overpackaging while shipping items without causing any damages.

Boxes

Hats and large quantity orders come packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes.

We work with 15 third-party manufacturing centers located in 10 countries. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world. When you place an order, we’ll automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.

General sustainability statement

Sustainability is important to PYGear.com. We’re getting greener every step of the way, while still providing you with the quality products you deserve.

As PYGear.com works with on-demand suppliers, we only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Our printing partner’s high-quality printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers.

Product packaging

At PYGear.com all apparel products are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers. The amount of PCR in the packaging will differ depending on where your order gets printed, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags used in multi-item shipments.

PCR packaging is made from everyday items, like used plastic bags and bottles. This material protects your order just as well as regular plastic bags, however, choosing PCR over first-use plastics reduces the environmental impact plastic has on our planet.
