PYGear.com is a blog/newsletter/online store where you can find “Something for Everyone”. A T-Shirt for Everyone.
Now that the presentation has been made. Here’s a little bit of history about PYGear.com and myself, PYGOD. Since both are indissociable.
First and foremost,
PYGear.com was in the making since 2005.
- July 11, 2005: PYGOD reinvented himself as a self-taught blogger/webmaster.
- PYGOD started designing and selling T-Shirts online in 2007.
- PYGOD created and operated several websites over the years.
- April 11, 2012: PYGear.com goes online as a blog to promote T-shirt designs I’ve published on corporate platforms.
- November 9, 2020: I’m also a Contemporary Fine Artist. I’ve started my Art Project Satans Schlongs by PYGOD.
- July 26, 2022: PYGear.com is turned into an ecommerce/blog.
- September 9, 2022: First ecommerce sale (after 45 days). Without any paid ads nor significant social media presence.
- November 22, 2022: First Weekly Newsletter published.
- October 1, 2023: PYGear.com became profitable after 14 months. Operating a self-hosted platform can be a major pain in the butt!
- Next step: ramen profitability. Which mean paying for all my living expenses since July 26, 2022. Since all my time, thought and energy are dedicated to build PYGear.com and serve its beloved customers.
- July 26, 2035: The 13-Year Plan. Our Community (YOU) will be rewarded as we grow.
As mentioned above, PYGear.com started as a blog in 2012 to promote the T-Shirts I was designing and selling on different print-on-demand platforms. A decade later, I’ve decided to use my 17 years of knowledge and experience to turn PYGear.com into a full-fledged autonomous e-commerce. I’ve decided to dedicate all my time, my thoughts, and my efforts to FOCUS solely on PYGear.com. Doing so, I’m fully committed on serving PYGear.com’s clients, subscribers, and readers. Since YOU are the ones that keep PYGear.com alive and kicking!
