At PYGear.com, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality custom products made just for you. While most orders arrive exactly as expected, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because every product is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or color selection. Please double-check our size chart before placing your order.
However, if your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if it wasn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you — no questions asked.

Please include:
Your name and order number
📸 A photo of the item
A brief description of the issue
We’ll review it and make things right as quickly as possible.
If your package was lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help.
🚚 Shipping Details & Address Tips
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, but some may take up to 10 days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Delivery takes around 2–7 business days within the U.S./Canada and up to 30 business days internationally.
📦 Help Us Get Your Order to You Without Delays
To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, please make sure your shipping address is 100% complete — especially if you live in an apartment, condo, or multi-unit building.
Here’s the format we recommend:
✔️ Full Name (First and Last)
✔️ Street Number and Street Name (Address Line 1)
✔️ Apartment or Unit Number (Address Line 2, if applicable)
✔️ City, State, ZIP Code (use a comma between city and state, no comma before ZIP)
✔️ Country
✔️ Email and Phone Number (strongly recommended for delivery updates)
Missing or incorrect address details can lead to delays or returned packages, and reshipment fees may apply — so double-check before you place your order!
🏷️ Tip: Include the full name, complete address, and contact info to avoid delays.
📦 If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or goes unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for reshipment fees.
🚫 Cancellations & Changes
Since items go into production shortly after ordering, we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they’re placed.

🌍 Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
💵 Refunds, Credits & Replacements
We’ll gladly issue a refund, store credit, or replacement if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
There’s a printing error or fulfillment mistake
Your order is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color sent)
Just send us an email within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation when the refund is processed.
❌ What’s Not Covered
We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
The wrong size, color, or shipping address was provided at checkout
The shipping carrier delayed or did not complete delivery
You simply changed your mind after the order was placed
In these situations, a new order would need to be placed.
However, if your order is significantly delayed or shows as undelivered, please contact us at pygod@pygear.com — we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
