Colored Pencils

  • Prismacolor Premier (USA, Canada). My go-to. The very best and the most reliable.
  • 12 Prismacolor Premier White Pen PC938 (USA, Canada). An essential.
  • 12 Prismacolor Premier Crimson Red Pen PC924 (USA, Canada). My favorite red.

Paper

  • Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper Pad, 9 by 12-Inch, 20 Sheets (USA, Canada). One of the most important thing in creating quality ArtWork. Believe, I’ve used to draw (all my life) on printer paper. And once I’ve used this high quality Art paper, I was hooked. Having quality paper is probably more important than having quality pencils.
  • WORKLION Paper Cutter – A4 Paper Craft Cutter with Security Blade, 12 inch Black Office Paper Trimmer (USA, Canada). Exactly what I needed to cut my paper so it can fit into my scanner later.

Protect and Present Your Art

  • Filexec Products Art Presentation Book, 9″x12″, 24 Page/ 48 ArtWorks (93130), Black (USA, Canada). Mandatory for me, I’ve always kept my ArtWork into plastic sleeves for maximum protection and preservation. This “book” is exactly what I needed.

Others

  • Drafting Brush (USA, Canada). Extremely useful. Not the brush I have, but this one come with an eraser and drafting tools.

Alcohol Markers

  • Ohuhu Honolulu Plus (Supreme Brush and Chisel, refillable) 36-Color Double Tipped Art Marker Set (USA, Canada). Probably as good as Copic but for a fraction of the price. These are the latest and upgraded version of Ohuhu markers.
  • Ohuhu Honolulu Plus (Supreme Brush and Chisel, refillable) 24-Color Double Tipped Art Marker Set (USA, Canada). Call me overzealous but I’ve bought both packs. Since there is more than 51 different colors when combining both packs. As a Colored Pencils Artist, these alcohol-markers are the perfect solution to cover background and larger surface.

Acrylic Markers

  • Posca Full Set of 8 Acrylic Paint Pens with Reversible Medium Point Pen Tips (USA, Canada). Haven’t really used yet, but I’m pretty sure I will try them sooner than later.

Gel Pens

  • AenArt Gel Pens, 160 Pack Gel Pens for Coloring including refills (USA, Canada). High quality and affordable. That’s the one I have! Very useful to add some special touches to my Colored Pencils ArtWorks.

Ink

  • Ohuhu Set of 8 Assorted Black Fineliner (Ultra Fine, Fine & Brush) Drawing Pens (USA, Canada). I’ve used the smallest tip for a detail that I wouldn’t have been able to do with any other pen.

Crayola Crayon

  • Crayola Ultimate Case 152 crayons (USA, Canada). For such a low price, you’re better to buy them all. Some Artists have created astonishing photorealism ArtWorks with it. Always useful to have them anyway!

Art Books

  • Why Your Five Year Old Could Not Have Done That (USA, Canada). While not particularly being a fan of abstract Art. Me and my mother absolutely love this book with great images and descriptions of 100 (some dubious) ArtWorks. Maybe I’m on my way to understand modern/abstract art!?
